The Samsung Gear S3 was released in November 2016. It is succeeded by the Gear Sport in 2017 and the Galaxy Watch in 2018. The Gear S3 is discontinued but still available refurbished and used from some retailers. Newer Galaxy Watch models are now Samsung’s current smartwatch lineup.
